For most of our products we have a delivery time of 1 to 3 working days and this is often stated in the product description. Some products have a longer delivery time. The shipping costs for shipping your order depend on your own location and order amount. Orders over 75 euros are free. This only applies to the Netherlands. The shipping costs for standard shipping with PostNL are defined per country. Shipping costs per country are:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from home to the online store are at your own expense.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can download the return form below. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of the return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
